MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENTS

To many individuals, riding a motorcycle is extremely enjoyable. However, motorcycles are also the most hazardous of all vehicles on the roadways today and account for many fatalities. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), a motorcyclist is 15 times more likely to die in a crash than a passenger or driver who is involved in an automobile accident. It is obvious from the lack of physical protection offered by a car that in comparison to car drivers, motorcycle operators are more susceptible to serious injuries. These injuries are generally caused by other drivers, defective roadway design, product defects, debris left behind from roadway construction and potholes.

Unfortunately, the injuries sustained by motorcyclist are oftentimes catastrophic and life altering. To add insult to injury, insurance companies argue that motorcyclists are generally more careless than other vehicle operators. Based on this misconceived view, insurance companies refuse to offer just compensation for the injuries sustained by the motorcyclist.

If you or a loved one has been injured as a result of a motorcycle accident, please contact our office immediately. Our firm is always ready to fight the insurance companies and ensure that every motorcyclist is justly compensated. As an injured motorcycle operator you or your loved one will need an experienced lawyer to guide you through the legal maze. You will need an attorney who is willing to fight for you to the end.
