Our Approach

“We litigate aggressively against the insurance companies with the intention of holding them accountable for every dollar our clients deserve.”

Paris & Chaikin, PLLC represents people who have been injured as a result of an accident. When someone contacts our offices, it is because their life has taken a turn for the worse. People of all backgrounds share one very simple thing in common, they wish to live their lives without pain. In fact, most people will go to all measures to avoid and/or alleviate pain. However, accidents do happen and pain is the unfortunate result.

When an accident happens, the victim has a claim against the offending party. This offending party could be a corporation, municipality such as the City of New York or an individual. If the offending party is covered by an insurance policy, the insurance company will hire defense lawyers to represent their insured at no legal expense to the offending party. Most importantly the insurance company makes all the decision as to whether to pay the injured victim and if so, how much.

At Paris & Chaikin, PLLC, we litigate aggressively against the insurance companies with the intention of holding them accountable for every dollar our clients deserve. Settlement is not an option unless the insurance company offers an amount that justly compensates our client. Unfortunately, although insurance companies are happy to collect premiums from their insured, they are generally not as eager to compensate an injured victim whose life has been altered as a result of their insured’s negligent acts.

When considering the hiring of an attorney, consider Paris & Chaikin, PLLC, as your partners in the pursuit for justice. Our aggressive approach, strong negotiation tactics and unwavering dedication to our clients is the foundation of our practice. We will not be outworked or out fought. Our clients’ happiness is our ultimate success.
